ezLoyalty, combined with ezOTA, allows any loyalty program member to redeem points by booking flight, hotel, car rental, travel insurance, activities, or package deals. ezLoyalty converts loyalty program points to a cash equivalent, then ezOTA processes the cash equivalent to book travel.
Our clients have complete control over redemption options and the points-to-cash conversion rate. All options can be segmented by member level, so clients can tailor ezLoyalty to reflect how they segment the rest of their program. For example, a loyalty program with three member levels could set the entry-level tier with an average points-to-cash conversion ratio and minimal access to travel inventory, while the top-level tier could enjoy a more favorable conversion ratio and full access to the complete travel inventory. Middle tiers could be set up somewhere between entry-level and top-level.
Like ezOTA, ezLoyalty’s user interface is completely configurable to match any brand or website. The user interface includes a points and cash “slider” that can be added to any website to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers. As with our other products, clients can integrate ezLoyalty in whatever way meets their needs.
